What the assistant is for

The AI assistant explains concepts, walks through reasoning, generates practice variations on authored material, and coaches you through scenarios. It is a learning aid.

Authority order

AI output is the lowest authority in the product. Applicable law, current official certification-provider documentation, current official payment-provider documentation, approved iSecPath policy, and approved iSecPath authored content all take precedence, in that order.

Never rely on AI output for certification eligibility, exam requirements, fees, refunds, tax, entitlements, privacy or security decisions. Verify those against the authoritative source.

Acceptable use

Do not use the assistant to solicit real exam questions, brain dumps, or copyrighted third-party training material; to generate content for cheating; or to produce material that would breach our acceptable use policy.

Quotas

AI usage is subject to fair-use quotas enforced server-side and scoped to your plan. Quotas exist to keep the assistant available and costs predictable; exact limits are configurable and shown in your account.

Accuracy

AI-generated explanations can be wrong. Report anything that looks incorrect — flagged output is reviewed, and corrections to authored content go through normal subject-matter review.
