Privacy policy

What we collect
Account data (name, email, authentication metadata), learning data (progress, assessment responses, competency records, notes, bookmarks), support correspondence, and payment metadata received from the payment provider. We do not store full card details — the payment provider handles them.
Why we process it
To deliver learning and assessment, to compute readiness and roadmap recommendations, to enforce entitlements server-side, to provide support, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to secure the platform.
AI processing
When you use the AI assistant, the content of your prompt and relevant learning context is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. AI output is assistive and never overrides authoritative certification, payment, legal, privacy or security information. See the AI terms for details and limits.
Retention
Learner progress is retained for the life of your account, including after a refund or the end of an access term. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. Requests are handled through support and verified against your account.
Unresolved dependencies
The data controller entity, the specific sub-processors (hosting, email, payment, AI, monitoring), international transfer mechanisms and the privacy contact address are not yet finalised for this deployment. They will be listed here once selected; they are not invented in advance.
