Refund policy

Last updated 31 August 2026.

What you purchased

Paid iSecPath plans are one-time payments granting a fixed 6-month access term to the certifications included in that purchase. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically. Continuing after a term ends is a completely new, separately chosen purchase.

Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. The actions available to you are: request a refund (within the window below), and turn off expiry reminders.

The refund window, precisely

Refund eligibility is exactly 72 hours from the authoritative payment-provider transaction timestamp for your purchase.

Eligibility is determined server-side by comparing the timestamp at which our backend receives your refund request against that authoritative payment timestamp. A request received at or before payment timestamp + 72 hours is eligible; a request received after that instant is not.

Client-side clocks, display times, and time-zone rendering never determine eligibility. If our records and the payment provider's records differ, the payment provider's official record governs.

What a refund does and does not do

An approved refund ends the associated entitlement for the refunded certifications.

A refund never deletes your learner progress. Completed lessons, notes, bookmarks, mistakes, assessment history, competency records and career roadmap are preserved. The same is true when an access term simply expires.

Statutory rights

Where applicable consumer law grants you rights beyond this policy, those legal rights take precedence over anything stated here.

Unresolved dependencies

The payment provider, currency settlement behaviour, tax treatment and refund processing times are not yet finalised for this deployment. Those details are configuration-driven and will be published here once determined against the payment provider's official documentation. No refund outcome is simulated in the product in the meantime.
